These cycle rides are easily accessible by public transport from London and great for beginners. We usually have lunch in a nice pub and either morning or afternoon tea if there is a suitable cafe.

Saturday 10th June: Cycle ride: Luton Parkway to Enfield Lock on abandoned railways and tow paths
Tuesday 13th June: Three Rivers cycle ride: 20 mile to 30miles depending where we finish
Saturday 24th June: Midsummer cycling the 5th Continent
