Members' Info

The Hotline link (at the bottom of every CLOG email) includes among others (clickable) links for:
  • Taking you straight to the CLOG members' area of our online drive - no need for username and password!
  • Committee contact details.
  • The CLOG members group email (for emailing the members)
  • Instructions for posting events to the clogalendar (Event organisers need to do this)
  • Setting up GoCardless Direct Debit Mandate for paying for trips
  • Details of forthcoming committee meetings
  • Changing your email address (or other personal details) on the Mojo membership system
  • CLOG Accident Report Form (for reporting any accidents that occur while on a walk, cycle ride, trip away etc).  Any serious accident should also be reported to the committee.
Annual subs
These can be paid by credit or debit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.  Cheques and standing orders can no longer be used.

You will start get reminders a few weeks before your membership expires.

Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Notice which explains what personal information CLOG holds in relation to you, how and why it is used, what is done to safeguard it and your rights in relation to this information can be found in the CLOG Members Area (see above).  It is also emailed out to you when you join or renew your membership.
